Welcome to My Mumbai
Aamchi Mumbai!!!
For most Mumbaikars, Ooops!!! Forget mumbaikars, for most Indians, Marine drive is a very famous place as it is known for its romantic seafronts, broad promenade that is a favourite place to walk and jog, it's view of the sun-set and scenic views especially at night. It is also known as the 'Queen's Necklace" by the Britishers due to it's illumination at night with the help of the street lights. These street lights are aligned all along the curved road of this seafront. So, at night when these lights go on, it look's like a Queen's necklace.
