Powai is situated in the north-eastern part of Mumbai on the banks of the Powai Lake. This place consists of the highest residential population which also describes its surroundings. Powai recently held a fest called the Powai fest by the Rotatary Club of Mumbai. This fest was held for a month with competitions and dances. This fest promoted the idea of Green Mumbai Clean Mumbai and India by representing all the state of India.
